The main body is the main part of compressor,
which casted by gray cast iron with good quality and formed in
frame structure. It emphasizes not only on hardness, but also on
strength. The adoption of the theory of frame structure and well
arranged and chief strings make the compressor convenient in
processing, installation as well as maintenance.
It analyses the stress and deform through the
finite element analysis by CAD(Computer—Aided Design) to optimize
the structure. Some types of compressors are adopted short crank
shaft stroke that reduce the stress of crank shaft and increase the
reliance of crank shaft under the same piston—working speed and
diameter.
Cylinder is made in triplet wall structure, not
only used to cool the compressing media with water jacket but also
prevent high-temperature gas from being conducted to cylinder
surface to injury the operator.
Piston is designed in equal-intensity structure.
If needed, melt piston, cast piston and alloy aluminum piston can
be chosen to use. Piston rod is made of high-intensity alloy steel
or stainless steel and stressing can shape screw thread. Oil free
piston ring and support ring are made of durable CFRP.
The packing is our corporation patent product.
The seal ring of packing takes CFRP strengthening plastic. The
packing is cooled by water, sealing well, durable.
The valve is designed separately according to
gas elements that the users provided and to using condition, which
can lessen the loss of valve.
