2. Core line of cylinder is vertical to the ground, cylinder wall cannot bear the gravity of piston assembly. Cross head sliding path cannot bear the gravity of cross head assembly. Lubricant oil drops (haze) won’t gather at one side because of gravity, spread everywhere. The friction of cylinder and piston and packing is small and equal. The sealing condition is best, which can extent the using time of cylinder.
3. The bend rod of mutual row compressor arranged in alternate angle ( 2 rows in 180°3rows in 120°) One bend turn accompanies with one row cylinder. The reciprocating inertia force keeps balance with rotating inertia in the machine. The property is easy to maintenance and less vibration.
4.Cylinder and packing are made of non—lubrication substance and oil free lubricating structure. The advantage is no oil, no pollution to natural gas and low cost. If using this machine, standard natural gas filling station produces 10,000 squares each day can save more than 1800kg lubricant every year.
5.This CNG compressor assembly taking non-balance section compressor technology gains national patent right (patent number ZL98 2 29860.9), taking high-pressure packing seal technology can save more than 10% energy comparing with other balance section compressor in domestic.
6.Compressor assembly is packing whole and driven by elastic coupling of motor, easy to transport and install.
7.Piston ring and packing seal assembly take polytetra fluoroethylen (PTFE) non-oil lubricating materials, wearable and low maintenance cost and won’t bring virulent accidence such as “ pulling cylinder”.
8.The pad valve was awarded national scientific progress prize. “Cushion efficiency” produced by cushion key can reduce the inpingement from valve plate made of stainless steel materials. The valve spring was imported from Sweden.
9.Crosshead supporting face is covered with Babbitt alloy steel that is wear-resisting.
10.The cylinder jacket is pre-mask jacket, small friction rates. The friction among cylinder, piston ring and support ring is small, which can extend the using time of the assembly.
11.The cylinder and packing are cooled by forced input water and cooling effect is good.

    Control system of compressor is composed of PLC writable controller of Siemen and soft driven starter, which can inspect the work of compressor assembly to ensure the assembly working safely
